AES provides a variety of process engineering services for fluid, gas, cryogenic, water & hydrocarbon systems, development of process & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), line sizing/specification of system materials, component sizing and selection, optimized flow & pressure drop calculations, and mass balance calculations.
- Perform process engineering studies, calculations, and investigations for the design of process systems including:
- Cryogenic Systems
- Steam Systems
- Hydrocarbon Processing and Storage
- Fuel
- Corrosive Chemicals
- Water and Various Other Systems
- Sizing and selection of vessels, equipment, piping, inline components such as control, remote, and hand operated valves, relief valves, filters, venturis, and instruments
- Selection and recommendation of materials
- Work closely with mechanical engineers and design personnel to ensure properly integrated system for safety and functionality
- Develop process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) for a wide variety of process systems and conditions
