AES personnel have the ability to provide project management services for technical tasks. Includes developing project management plans, estimates, schedules, scoping, tracking progress, reporting earned value, risk assessment and management, and similar services.
Includes all aspects of construction; in-depth planning including safety plans, budgets, estimates, schedules, procurement support, specification and drawing review, field execution of work, resource allocation, and construction engineering including rigging, construction site development and similar services.
AES has the resources to create two dimensional drawings for layout, fabrication and assembly purposes to assist with your projects. We also have the capabilities to create three dimensional models for layout and assembly purposes, as well as create shop and fabrication drawings from those models. After three dimensional models are created, we have the ability to create animations to illustrate operation, check clearances, and illustrate flow capability. All of these capabilities culminate in high quality documents for use in presentations, training, and reports.
AES offers qualified and innovative engineering and scientific support personnel to assist with a variety of research and development tasks. Support includes data gathering, computer modeling and simulation, design of experiments and apparatus, bench, semi, and full scale testing, and prototype development.
